Cabinetmaking, Furniture Making, and CNC Woodworking
Welcome to the Cerritos College Woodworking Department
Cerritos College Woodworking, one of the finest woodworking schools in Southern California, offers furniture making, cabinetmaking, CNC woodworking classes, and related topics. Cerritos is the school for you, whether your goal is to acquire new knowledge, gain confidence in or improve your skills, enter the field of professional woodworking, or develop a rewarding hobby.
Our instructors work out of a 27,000-square-foot facility with over 100 stationary and portable woodworking machines available. We emphasize hands-on training and real-world experience, and all classes are project-focused. Over forty courses cover face-frame and frameless cabinet construction, CNC woodworking, architectural millwork, table, and casegood construction, hand tools, woodturning, and veneering.
Credit courses are offered weekdays and evenings, and Community Education courses are available on weekends.
